Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning Questions
How is a move-out clean different from a regular cleaning?
It's deeper and done in an empty home. We clean inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers, plus baseboards, vents and window tracks, which a regular cleaning usually skips.
Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is best, because we can reach every cabinet, closet and floor. If a few items are still there, let us know when you book.
When should I schedule it?
After your things are out and before your final walkthrough, closing or move-in. Book early for the last week of the month, our busiest time.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?
A clean unit removes the most common reason for deductions. In Colorado, landlords can't charge for normal wear and tear, and they must list any deductions in writing.
